Hello my name is Melyssa Scott,
I created Interlude Healing Collective out of a deep commitment to helping people feel seen, understood, and supported through life’s most challenging moments.
As Owner, I bring over ten years of experience in social work and mental health care, working with teens, adults, and families navigating emotional complexity, severe mental illness, domestic violence, relational stress, and major life transitions.
“healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but reconnecting with what’s been lost”
I strive to create a space where each person feels genuinely heard and supported in exploring their mental health.

I’m passionate about helping individuals develop practical, sustainable tools for meaningful, lasting change. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also integrating art-informed techniques to support self-expression, insight, and emotional processing.

As both a clinician and practice owner, I am committed to creating a supportive, affirming space where clients feel empowered to navigate challenges and build resilience.
Through Interlude Healing Collective, my goal is to provide thoughtful, client-centered care that honors each person’s story while fostering growth, healing, and lasting well-being.
