Hello my name is Tiara Davis,
Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, family stress, or major life transitions. You may be used to being the strong one for everyone else while silently struggling yourself. Therapy provides a space where you no longer have to carry those burdens alone.
As a Licensed Social Worker, I am passionate about helping adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate life's challenges with confidence, self-compassion, and resilience. My professional experience in child welfare, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and advocacy has allowed me to support individuals and families through some of life's most difficult moments.
I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental while helping clients develop practical tools to manage stress, improve relationships, build self-esteem, process trauma, and create meaningful change.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, self-worth, family conflict, relationship concerns, or simply feeling stuck in life, my goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, discover your voice, and move toward the life you deserve.
